“An honest top-notch friendly auto service shop with attention to detail is rare these days, so Cha’s is all the more a great find. My past oil change techs elsewhere left my plug threads a bit stressed, but Bobby chased the threads etc to ensure my car won’t leak oil onto our garage floor. He also did some overall checks (at my request) prior to our trip, and now we can head out west with correct air pressure etc and knowing it all looks OK. Also, their price was good (a very fair # for synthetic). 😊”

“Cha has taken care of our (now) 15 year old Legacy for several years. We have always found him to be honest and trustworthy. Sometimes he has to hedge on a quote until he gets pricing on a part, but that is understandable. He replaced the brain box, or whatever it's called in this car, and we have were pleased with the timeliness and competence. He found the only part in the country and had it FedExed in. He has also worked on the suspension of this car, the brakes. I am particularly pleased about how he as kept careful watch over the braking system, and the rust that is starting to become a bit of a problem with this vehicle. He also works on domestic models, as well. He does routine maintenance, but can tackle the hard stuff, too. His is a 3 man shop. It's easy to get an appt, and they are fast at getting parts and fixing the problems. He is certified for Subaru, but works on all Japanese and Korean imports. He can handle problem leaks and electrical glitches that the dealers tear their hair out about. I trust him more than my doctor. No kidding.”

Once again my car had problems, this time a front wheel bearing singing out. Cha's guys (I believe Bobby this time) once again did a great job.
